All purchases are final. For U.S.A shipping, (our product processing time is 3 to 5 business days) . We offer UPS shipping options. International Shipping, (product processing time is  7-14 business days). Please note that delay's may occur during holidays or due to inclement weather. We will notify you via email in case of significant shipping delay's.
